Drum Daddy Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 20, 2026
The Drum Daddy app is designed to work without collecting personal data. The limited website analytics described below are separate from the app.
Data Collection
The Drum Daddy app does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.
The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party accounts, or cloud sync.
Data Stored On Your Device
Drum Daddy stores its current pattern, named memory slots, selected kit, tempo, swing, accents, track mutes, and mixer levels using storage on your device. This data is used to restore the app between launches and is not sent to us.
Drum Daddy does not operate a cloud-sync service. Depending on your iOS backup settings, Apple may include locally stored app data in a device backup. Drum Daddy does not receive or control those backups.
Exported WAV Files
Drum Daddy can create a WAV file from your current loop. The file is generated on your device and is not uploaded by Drum Daddy. It leaves the app only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. Any service you select handles the shared file according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Network Access
Drum Daddy does not require an internet connection to use its core features.
The app may include links to external websites for sample license information or support. If you open those links, your browser and the destination website may handle data according to their own privacy policies.
This Website
The production Drum Daddy website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits to public pages. It does not use analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, advertising profiles, or cross-site tracking.
Vercel may process the time of a visit, the public page path without URL query strings or fragments, the referring website or page, approximate location, and general browser, operating-system, and device categories. Vercel derives a temporary visitor hash from the incoming request, discards it after 24 hours, and cannot use it to recognize a visitor across different days or websites. Drum Daddy receives aggregated reports rather than personal profiles or raw IP addresses.
Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. This website removes accessible legacy Google Analytics cookies and the old analytics preference it previously stored. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website suppresses Vercel Web Analytics page-view events.
Vercel's reporting window depends on the website's Vercel plan. Drum Daddy does not maintain a separate visitor-level analytics database. If you follow another external link or contact support by email, the service you choose may handle information according to its own privacy policy.
Support
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, or a description of the issue. We use that information only to respond to your request.
Children’s Privacy
Drum Daddy does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy if Drum Daddy’s features or data practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page.
